Gojek
‘Bigger Plans at Smaller Prices’Handcrafted miniature worlds celebrating life’s little “yes” moments
A playful stop-motion campaign created for Gojek Singapore, built around HO-scale model figures interacting with oversized, everyday objects drawn from Singaporean culture. Each film transforms familiar moments into miniature worlds: a family leaping across a rainbow bread ice-cream sandwich, a tiny figure receiving a massage on a toy cat dashboard ornament, a seatbelt becoming a rollercoaster through Gardens by the Bay, and pocket-sized travellers surfing across phones, tickets, coins and keyboards.
The concept blends handcrafted model animation with real, tactile materials to create surreal yet instantly recognisable scenes. By placing miniature characters inside everyday objects, the series celebrates small moments of “me-time” and everyday indulgence, all tied together by Gojek’s playful “Say Ye$” platform.

Dropbear Digital handled the project end-to-end, including concept development, set design, miniature fabrication, stop-motion animation, compositing, post-production, sound design and final delivery. The result is a cohesive collection of seven social-first films, ranging from 6 to 15 seconds, that combine physical craft, humour and bold visual storytelling in a distinctly Singaporean context.
